WHAT IS COACHING?

The Crockett Collective will be providing you, the client, with coaching, which is not advice, therapy, nor counseling. Coaching generally can address a number of topics including personal development, career development, leadership development, and business development. Coaching, at its best, works as a partnership between coach and client where the coaching relationship brings out the best in the client, resulting in a coach-client relationship that moves the client closer to creating and living out their desired life outcomes.



CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERMISSION

The Crockett Collective promises that that client information shared with the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. The Crockett Collective is committed to operating in integrity in asking questions and making requests to the client. The client agrees to put forth maximum effort to ensure that the results of the coaching relationship are powerful. Any client concerns should be immediately brought up to the coach through professional communication directly to the coach so that both coach and client can work to address concerns.



CLIENT DECLARATIONS

I, {{client.name}} hereby certify that I do not suffer from any physical or mental disability that might affect my participation in the coaching process, and, if I have any substance abuse problem or mental illness, I have consulted with my physical and other healthcare professional and been advised that I may participate in the coaching process without risk. I agree that if there is any change in this representation, I will promptly advise the coach.



I agree that, in the event if any claim or grievance by me against The Crockett Collective or Kristen Crockett, my sole remedy will be the return of the fees paid to The Crockett Collective. The Crockett Collective or Kristen Crockett are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the client.



I understand that this document contains all of the information given to me by The Crockett Collective and all other representations or statements (prior or subsequent, whether oral or written) are superseded by this document.



PAYMENT OF FEES

Client agrees to pay this amount for the coaching package: $1,497.



In the case of those clients who have a coaching package, book all sessions within your package time-frame. Your number of sessions will expire 2 months after your package time-frame is complete (For example, if you have a 6-month package, you should complete all sessions within 8 months of of your first session).



TARDINESS TO SESSIONS

Regardless of tardiness to sessions, each session shall still end at the pre-designated end time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session and has not communicated this tardiness within the first 10 minutes of the call via call, text, or email, then this will be considered a no-show for your session. A session will not be rescheduled.



CANCELLATIONS OF SESSIONS

Sessions should be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the session taking place and optimally 4 hours prior to a session taking place. Sessions can be scheduled or rescheduled using the link within your reminder email.



Although the Crockett Collective team might take extra steps to remind you of your scheduled sessions, it is critical that the client takes responsibility for remembering session days and times—we suggest our clients schedule sessions in clients’ personal calendars.



The Crockett Collective reserves the right to cancel coaching agreement and remaining sessions if:

-Coach determines that client might not be a good fit

-Coach determines that client might not have time or availability to implement coaching effectively

No refunds are offered for coaching sessions that have already taken place, though should coach terminate the agreement based on fit, fees will be refunded for coaching sessions that have not taken place.



This document contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be amended, nor any obligation waived, except by a writing signed by both parties hereto. Any failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia excluding that body of law pertaining to conflict of law, and the parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District of Columbia for any disputes arising out of the subject matter.
