    Workshop - Coping with Grief and Loss$37

    Grief and loss are never one-size-fits-all. In this live 60-minute workshop, Kristen Crockett walks you through her own personal grief journey and shares tips that helped her move through the loss of her father. 

    Hear stories from others as they talk about their own grief journey (loved ones and mentors, job loss, identities, friendships, relationships, etc). 

    We’ll also discuss balancing the weight of grief with the demands of work, life, and responsibilities - in an age where everything is changing so quickly.

    This is a session to help you move through your own loss, alongside a supportive community of people to help you navigate the complexities of loss, grief, and healing.
